We felt so welcome at Coon Dogs Saloon in Coulterville! We were able to get seven of our dogs out of the shelter and they loved it.

Many thanks to our volunteers, the owners and staff of the saloon, and all of the people who attended!

We received so many donations of supplies in addition to a monetary donation.

The recent boil order was an unwelcome summer surprise, but we were awed by the generosity of our supporters! Over 300 gallons of water were delivered to the shelter so we could keep our cats and dogs happy and healthy!

We are so grateful to our community for their outpouring of love and support.

It was Dog (and Dolphin) Days of Summer last Saturday in Keys Park!

PCHS wants to offer a tremendous thanks to Sindy Smith author of Dadu the Dolphin for doing a book signing fundraiser for us. 

Many of our wonderful animals and volunteers were also in attendance.

When we put out a plea for donated fencing to make a kennel cover for this innocent-looking fence climber (Smith), so many people stepped up to provide supplies and transportation for this endeavor: Amy Porter James, Sheila Beltz, Tracy Fenton, Toni Montgomery, Josh Lemons of New Wave/Sparklight, and Mike Beltz.

In addition to these wonderful people, there were a lot of other generous offers that we didn't accept. Thank you to all who help us try to keep our animals safe and secure until they find their forever homes!
